TI × HI
Default example: 16 × 12 × 10 in at 20 lb on GMA, 72 in / 1,500 lb including pallet, mixed orientation on. TI 10 × HI 6 = 60 cartons, 1,240 lb.

Formula
- TI = cartons that fit on the usable deck in one layer.
- HI = layers that fit in the allowed cargo height and weight.
- Cases per pallet = TI × HI.
Example: 12 × 10 × 10 in cartons on GMA grid at TI 16 (4 × 4). FBA 72 in including 5.7 in deck → HI 6 → 96 cases if weight allows.

Is this different math from the homepage pallet tool?

Do retailers require TI-HI on the label?
Amazon FBA, Walmart, Target, Costco, Home Depot and Kroger routing guides commonly want TI-HI (or equivalent case-pack) on the pallet label. Confirm the current guide.
