Cases per layer (TI), layers high (HI) and total cases per pallet — Amazon FBA ready. Need more options? Full pallet load calculator. See also cases per layer for 48 common carton sizes on GMA vs Euro pallets.
TI (tier) is the number of cases in one layer on the pallet; HI (high) is the number of layers stacked. TI × HI = total cases per pallet. The notation appears on pallet labels, warehouse load sheets and retailer routing guides.
FBA pallet shipments must declare TI-HI in the shipping workflow, use GMA 48×40 in wood pallets, and stay within Amazon's limits — commonly 72 in total height (including the ~6 in pallet) and 1,500 lb per pallet. Always verify current requirements in Seller Central before shipping.
Enter your case dimensions: the calculator tests grid and mixed-orientation layouts to maximize cases per layer (TI), then stacks layers (HI) up to your height and weight caps, and shows the result as a 3D load plan you can print.
