How this pallet calculator works

What is TI-HI?

TI is the number of cartons per layer (tier); HI is the number of layers high. TI × HI gives total cases per pallet. Retailers like Amazon FBA, Walmart and Target require TI-HI on pallet labels.

How are boxes per pallet calculated?

The calculator tests grid and mixed-orientation layouts on the pallet footprint, picks the arrangement that fits the most cartons per layer, then stacks layers up to your height and weight limits. For per-layer counts of 48 common carton sizes on GMA vs Euro pallets, see the carton fit table.

What pallet sizes are supported?

GMA 48×40 in (North America), EUR 1200×800 mm and EUR2 1200×1000 mm (Europe), the Australian standard 1165×1165 mm, or any custom footprint.
