Amazon FBA pallet requirements
Amazon FBA inbound pallets are commonly specified as 40 × 48 in GMA wood, four-way entry, 72 inches high including the pallet, and 1,500 pounds including the pallet. Overhang is not allowed. Receiving is automated: over those caps the pallet is rejected unless Heavy & Bulky applies. Confirm the current FBA inbound guide for your node.
Before you ship: the inbound guide attached to the shipment is the authority. Figures below are the commonly published baseline for planning.
FBA is unlike store DCs in one respect: limits are enforced by an automated receiving process. Over 72 in or 1,500 lb and the pallet does not go live.
