What it computes
- Pallet plan from carton L×W×H, weight, quantity and caps.
- Pallets needed = ceil(quantity / (TI × max HI)).
- Floor spots on the chosen ISO box or vehicle using the same 2D packer.
- PCF of the finished pallet (including deck) → 13-band NMFC density class estimate.

Does this quote a rate?
No. It is cube and density planning. Carriers price from tariffs, contracts and the NMFC item — not from this page.
Can I send this to a 3PL?
Copy the TI-HI, pallet count, load height/weight and estimated class into the booking. They will still reweigh and remeasure.
