Costco pallet requirements
Costco pallets are display units, not just inbound handling units. The commonly published height band is about 54–58 inches including the pallet so a forklift can set the load in the aisle. Footprint is still 40 × 48 GMA. If you also ship FBA, Costco binds height and Amazon binds weight.
Vendor-manual summary for planning. Costco item setup can impose tighter display specs than inbound receiving.
