Example: 20 × 16 × 12 in, 10 lb, divisor 139 → volumetric 27.6 lb → chargeable 27.6 lb, typical billed 28 lb.

Dimensional (volumetric) is the space number. Chargeable is max(actual, dimensional). If the box is heavy, actual wins.
